Terms & Conditions for AI Knowledge Automation System

Operated by CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. – a secure, private knowledge automation solution for modern businesses.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AI-powered knowledge automation platform (the “Platform”) developed and operated by CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. (“CODE4UTECH”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The Platform is designed as an internal smart knowledge automation system that helps organizations streamline and automate internal knowledge access, documentation search, and workflow-related information retrieval. By deploying or accessing the Platform, the client organization (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides an AI knowledge assistant built for business workflow automation and internal information access. Key capabilities include:

  • Automated retrieval of relevant information from internal knowledge sources.
  • Intelligent content indexing of websites, documentation, and structured resources.
  • Website and documentation crawling for knowledge extraction and organization.
  • Fast internal data search for teams and business stakeholders.

The Platform uses structured data indexing, deterministic automation logic, and retrieval algorithms to surface relevant content quickly. It is designed to act as a private, enterprise-ready knowledge automation assistant, not as a public or consumer-facing chatbot.

3. No Third-Party AI Processing

The Platform is intentionally designed to operate as a private knowledge infrastructure for businesses. Unless explicitly specified in a separate written agreement:

  • The Platform does not rely on external large language model (LLM) APIs for processing the Client’s sensitive or proprietary data.
  • No third-party AI providers are used to process, store, or train on the Client’s knowledge base.
  • All knowledge ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and automation logic operate within the deployed infrastructure controlled by the Client or CODE4UTECH, as per the deployment model.

This architecture is specifically designed to enhance data privacy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-grade security for B2B customers.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, the Client and its authorized users agree to:

  • Use the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes and internal knowledge automation.
  • Refrain from uploading, indexing, or processing content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Not attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer core systems, or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.
  • Not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair CODE4UTECH’s or the Client’s infrastructure.

CODE4UTECH reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform where misuse, abuse, or security risks are reasonably detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All underlying technology, software architecture, automation logic, indexing mechanisms, user interface designs, and related materials that power the Platform are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD., unless explicitly transferred in writing.

The Client receives a right to use the Platform in accordance with the applicable service agreement or license terms but may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create competing products based on the core system or its proprietary components.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

CODE4UTECH aims to provide a stable and reliable Platform. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Planned maintenance and upgrades to improve performance, security, or functionality.
  • Unforeseen infrastructure issues, network outages, or third-party service disruptions.

Where the Platform is hosted and managed by CODE4UTECH, reasonable efforts will be made to schedule maintenance during low-impact windows and to communicate major changes in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides automated knowledge assistance, retrieval, and recommendations based on the data and content indexed from the Client’s environment. While CODE4UTECH strives for accuracy and reliability:

  • The Platform’s outputs are informational and should not be treated as legal, financial, or strategic advice.
  • Final decisions and actions based on the Platform’s responses remain the sole responsibility of the Client and its authorized users.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODE4UTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it shall be limited in accordance with the applicable service agreement or local regulations.

8. Amendments

CODE4UTECH may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect improvements, new features, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated to Clients through appropriate channels, and continued use of the Platform after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
